Electrical Estimating is the basis for ECS’s services. Providing this service requires many years of estimating and managing electrical projects to satisfy the level of service our customers expect.

Developing Line Items that reflect what the intent of the documents and pricing these items using RS Means enables ECS to provide costs that are consistent with the accuracy levels established for the level of design. • Detail Estimating: Our estimates are supported with Con-Est Electrical Software and Trade Service Pricing Service, for more information see their websites listed under Partners. ECS uses industry standards for establishing labor levels, software and material price levels. All systems are updated and maintained as recommended practices require.
• Tools for determining mark-up levels in your area based on available labor, market growth, weather, schedule and management.
• All supporting documents are provided: Scope Letter, Vendor Quotes, Estimate presented in format of your choice.
